Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the development of the Horizon flight management platform, the full-time Product Manager will deliver features and improvements by collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging directly with customers, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver on a segment of the Horizon product roadmap by translating outcomes and priorities into shipped features
• Collaborate with engineers and the broader product team to execute product decisions and maintain regular customer conversations
• Communicate product work in terms of business impact and own specific projects and releases end to end

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager at a SaaS company or a degree/certification in product management
• Experience working directly with customers and internal teams to manage expectations
• Fluency in collaborating with engineers to translate requirements and priorities
• Genuine interest in the technical and operational side of aviation
• Familiarity with AI tools and basic data analytics literacy, such as SQL, is a plus
