Product Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing product team, the contract Product Manager will engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage the product backlog, and oversee release planning while working fully remote during UK/European business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to capture feature requests and translate them into structured requirement documents for design and technical teams
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment between user impact, technical feasibility, and business value
- Serve as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams, communicating progress, trade-offs, and timelines effectively
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a fast-paced or early-stage environment
- Strong command of Agile/Scrum practices and tools such as YouTrack, Notion, or Jira
- Ability to write clear epics, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and familiarity with design tools like Figma
- Experience using analytics and user research tools to guide product decisions
