Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning defined features and workflows from discovery through launch, the full-time remote Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert customer and business needs into effective product outcomes while maintaining roadmap and backlog hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of product features, from discovery to post-launch follow-up
• Write clear problem statements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while preparing launch readiness plans
• Utilize customer feedback and analytics to refine priorities and monitor product adoption and quality post-launch

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, design, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related role, with a focus on defined product features
• Experience in accounting, banking, fintech, or payment systems is highly valued
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and product development workflows
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional partners and translate business needs into actionable solutions
