Job Summary
Owning the product context for the Guest Revenue tribe, the full-time Staff Product Manager will lead strategic product decisions, enhance guest interactions through upselling tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful product outcomes in a remote-first environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the product context, including customer evidence and prioritization logic
- Lead discovery on complex product questions and ensure effective problem framing
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure technical feasibility and user experience quality
Required qualifications
- Staff or Principal level product experience in B2B SaaS with a focus on strategy
- Commercial mindset with a proven ability to link product decisions to business outcomes
- AI Fluency Level 3 or equivalent hands-on experience in integrating AI into product workflows
- Technical fluency to engage in architectural discussions and translate constraints into product decisions
- Experience in building reusable product systems that enhance team efficiency
