Product Manager
Job Summary
To support the Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team, the full-time remote Product Manager will own product initiatives from discovery to delivery, translating customer needs into clear requirements and driving measurable outcomes across various teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own and prioritize product work, translating customer and market needs into clear product requirements and priorities
- Drive product delivery by partnering with Engineering and Product teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Champion customer insights and business priorities to inform product decisions and enhance customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, plus 5+ years in product management or related fields
- Experience in B2B SaaS product management or customer-facing roles, ideally with enterprise platforms
- Proven ability to manage product initiatives from discovery through delivery, focusing on measurable outcomes
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders without formal authority
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and needs
