Job Summary
To enhance customer experiences during their initial weeks, the full-time remote Product Manager will own the product experience for the agent, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve friction points and define success metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product experience of the agent, ensuring it meets the needs of AI-first marketers
- Collaborate with other PMs and teams to ensure seamless integration across the platform
- Utilize data and customer insights to identify and resolve friction points, while tracking activation and retention metrics
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience in SaaS, with a focus on agentic experiences
- Experience with AI-powered tooling in product workflows
- Proven track record of improving activation or retention metrics
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making
- Experience collaborating across Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams
