Product Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing product team, the contract Product Manager will engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage the product backlog, and oversee release planning while working fully remotely, preferably within European business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to capture and refine feature requests, translating them into structured requirement documents
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring a balance between user impact, technical feasibility, and business value
- Serve as the primary liaison between design, engineering, QA, and business teams to ensure clarity and alignment on product development
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a fast-paced or early-stage environment
- Strong command of Agile/Scrum practices and tools such as YouTrack, Notion, or Jira
- Ability to write clear epics, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Basic UX/UI understanding and familiarity with design tools like Figma
- Experience using analytics and user research tools to guide product decisions
