Product Manager
Job Summary
To enhance the technology used by clinicians and operations teams, the full-time remote Product Manager will focus on simplifying workflows, improving back-office operations, and driving product strategy to support patient care in home health, hospice, and senior living environments.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with clinicians and back-office staff to identify workflow opportunities and define solutions that enhance efficiency
- Shape and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with operational and clinical KPIs while managing the backlog and user stories
- Evaluate technical feasibility and collaborate with engineering on integrations, while communicating product updates to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product-related experience, particularly in healthcare or workflow-heavy SaaS products
- Hands-on experience with home health or hospice EMR as a user, administrator, or product partner
- Demonstrated end-to-end product ownership, including discovery, prioritization, and outcome measurement
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for problem framing and impact assessment
- Familiarity with Agile practices and modern product discovery methodologies
