Product Manager
Job Summary
To support the mission of enhancing educational pathways, the remote, fixed-term Product Manager II will lead cross-functional teams to develop a new navigation experience for high school students, focusing on user research, product vision, and agile execution.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the product lead across functional teams, aligning roadmaps and priorities
- Define and validate product requirements for the pathway navigation experience, from concept through launch
- Conduct continuous user research to translate insights into clear product requirements and prioritize features
Required qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in product management or a related field
- Experience building or launching a 0-to-1 product or leading significant new features from concept to launch
- Proficiency in working cross-functionally with design and engineering in an agile environment
- Bachelor's degree in technology, education, data science/analytics, business, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to create prototypes or mockups to test and communicate product ideas
