Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and direction of the SpheraCloud platform, the full-time remote Product Manager will guide product priorities from conception to production, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance product functionality and deliver positive business outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize the product backlog to align with business vision and customer needs
- Develop and maintain a roadmap for the platform, balancing new features and maintenance requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives and ensure successful product delivery
Required qualifications:
- BS Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Computer Science, or Business/Marketing
- 5+ years of experience in software platform design and product management
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SaaS applications
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
