Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning specific product areas within Webgility Online, the full-time remote Product Manager will manage outcomes, collaborate with engineering teams, and engage directly with customers to identify and solve pain points while driving initiatives to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Own outcomes for assigned product areas and prioritize tasks based on customer needs and data
• Collaborate with engineering teams to scope and ship solutions while engaging in direct customer interactions
• Write specifications, track outcomes post-launch, and partner with stakeholders to address customer pain points

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a dedicated Product Management role
• Proven track record of ownership of product outcomes and experience in building customer-facing software products
• Strong preference for experience with accounting-related products or moderate preference for ecommerce and fintech products
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution independently and work directly with engineering and customers
• Strong grounding in core PM fundamentals, including problem discovery and data-informed decision-making
