Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and roadmap for assigned products, the full-time remote Product Manager will manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to implement and stabilize enterprise transformation initiatives while ensuring compliance with business and regulatory objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain the product roadmap and governance framework across assigned programs
• Translate business and technology objectives into prioritized initiatives and phased delivery plans
• Oversee testing, implementation readiness, and transition of products to operational ownership

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, or related field required
• Seven years of relevant experience in product management, program management, or vendor management required
• Three years of experience leading cross-functional enterprise implementations required
• Experience in the healthcare payer or managed care industry preferred
• Familiarity with Agile or governance-driven delivery environments
