Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and roadmap for a core area of the company's platform, the full-time remote Product Manager will manage stakeholder relationships, align priorities across teams, and drive product outcomes while ensuring effective communication and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder relationships, set expectations, and ensure alignment across engineering, client services, sales, marketing, and operations
• Develop and maintain a shared, sequenced product roadmap by gathering and reconciling priorities from multiple teams
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and maintain backlog health for effective planning and execution

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, CRM, lead generation, or insurance/fintech
• Proven track record of managing stakeholder alignment and delivering measurable business outcomes
• Experience with backlog refinement and sprint planning processes in collaboration with engineering teams
• Strong written communication skills for creating clear requirements and updates
• Proficiency with Jira or similar tools and ability to use data to inform decision-making
