Product Manager

Job Summary

To drive business growth, the full-time salaried Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams in product strategy, manage the full product lifecycle, and utilize market intelligence and customer insights to make informed product decisions, all while working in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to define success measures and prioritize product features
• Develop and present evidence-based product recommendations and business cases, including financial and trend analyses
• Oversee product development and launch activities, ensuring effective training and support materials are created

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a quantitative field, or equivalent work experience
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and market dynamics
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Experience in project management with a focus on process improvement
