Job Summary

Seeking an AI-forward fintech Product Manager, the full-time remote role will oversee the Property Manager Accounting Domain, focusing on compliance, financial accuracy, and user needs while managing product strategy and development for a multi-ledger accounting and payments engine.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product decisions related to trust accounting, ledgering, and high-volume transactional payments processing
• Collaborate with internal accounting experts to ensure compliance with regulations and enhance operational workflows
• Conduct user research, interviews, and define the product strategy and roadmap to improve platform efficiency

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a product manager for B2B2C or enterprise products with complex user workflows
• Proficiency in AI-enabled product development and familiarity with emerging technologies
• Strong understanding of double-entry accounting, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments, comfortable with fast-paced and ambiguous settings
• Ability to communicate technical concepts in plain language for non-technical users
