Product Manager
Job Summary
Joining a cross-functional development team, the full-time Product Manager will enhance usability and business efficiencies for Certinia PSA while collaborating with diverse teams to implement innovative systems remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business lines to ensure best-in-class governance and processes are utilized
- Act as a liaison between business and tech stakeholders to gather requirements and support implementation
- Provide training and technical support for Salesforce.com systems users and manage inquiries related to Certinia PSA
Required qualifications
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of overall experience with at least 3 years managing or implementing Certinia PSA
- Experience in requirement gathering, user story writing, and stakeholder management
- Strong understanding of system designs and architecture
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach
