Job Summary

Owning outcomes for a significant product area, the remote full-time Product Manager II will serve as the product owner for a delivery team, collaborating with cross-functional partners to define product objectives, lead customer discovery, and translate complex needs into actionable product direction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as product owner for a delivery team, managing product objectives and roadmap recommendations
• Conduct customer discovery, market research, and workflow analysis to identify product opportunities
• Make product tradeoff decisions and build business cases for major features and enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in product management or product ownership
• Track record of launching features or product improvements with measurable impact
• Knowledge of HL7 FHIR Implementation Guides is strongly preferred
• Ability to write clear product requirements and guide delivery teams through prioritization
