Product Manager
Job Summary
Supporting a cross-functional development team, the full-time Product Manager will oversee project delivery, manage client relationships, and ensure timely execution of IT delivery projects in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support pre-sales activities and contribute to solution shaping and client presentations
- Oversee onboarding and ramp-up across projects, ensuring smooth delivery engagement
- Monitor project progress and resource usage, initiating corrective actions to keep delivery on track
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience managing IT delivery projects across multiple teams
- Proven ability to lead delivery in time- and budget-sensitive environments
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and hybrid models
- Bachelor's/Master's in IT, Engineering, or Business
- Certified Scrum Master, Product Owner, or equivalent Agile delivery certification
