Product Manager
Job Summary
Passionate about product innovation, the full-time remote Product Manager will set the vision for AI capabilities, engage with customers for insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in customer personas and maintain a current view of market opportunities and trends
- Own the product roadmap, balancing business objectives and customer needs while defining problem sets for each initiative
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design to translate customer problems into actionable specifications and deliverable milestones
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience in B2B enterprise software
- Experience with AI-native products and understanding of AI and LLM-based capabilities
- Strong analytical judgment and comfort making decisions with incomplete information
- Familiarity with Agile delivery, APIs, and system integrations
- Experience in critical event management or business continuity is a plus
