Job Summary
To support communities in addressing homelessness, the remote Product Manager will define, prioritize, and drive product enhancements based on user needs and market trends while producing clear requirements and user-centered designs for engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product features based on user feedback and market analysis
- Produce structured requirements and specifications for engineering teams
- Design user workflows, wireframes, and prototypes, incorporating usability testing and customer feedback
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role
- Proven experience in documenting software requirements and creating technical documentation
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and ability to create user flows and prototypes
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Technical curiosity and eagerness to explore emerging technologies and modern software tools
