Product Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing product team, the fully remote Contract Product Manager will take end-to-end ownership of feature development from concept to delivery, collaborating with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with user needs and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and document feature requirements, translating business needs into structured documents for design and technical teams
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring a balance between user impact, technical feasibility, and business value
• Serve as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity on project goals, progress, and success metrics

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a fast-paced or early-stage environment
• Proven ability to gather requirements and manage client relationships effectively
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum practices and tools such as YouTrack, Notion, or Jira
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and familiarity with design tools like Figma
• Experience using analytics and user research tools to inform product decisions
