Job Summary

Owning the content strategy for the Mastery Predictive Assessment and Mastery College Prep Assessment, the full-time remote Product Manager will manage the roadmap, ensure assessment quality, and collaborate with district leaders to drive product adoption and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the content strategy and roadmap for assessments, balancing immediate and long-term goals
• Collaborate with psychometricians and content experts to uphold assessment quality and reliability
• Engage with high-profile customers to gather feedback and communicate product direction effectively

Required qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in product management, particularly in K-12 assessment environments
• Strong understanding of assessment design, psychometrics, and data interpretation
• Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams to achieve product goals
• Experience incorporating AI tools throughout the product lifecycle
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data for product decision-making
