Product Manager
Job Summary
To support the growth of innovative healthcare solutions, the full-time remote Product Manager will define and drive the vision, strategy, and lifecycle of assigned products while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful development and delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and refine product strategies, objectives, and policies while monitoring performance standards
- Manage products through all stages of the product lifecycle, including strategy, development, launch, and optimization
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required
- 2+ years of experience in product management, product development, project management, or related fields
- Experience in healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or pharmaceutical industries is preferred
- Ability to support compliance program objectives
- Demonstrated ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others
