Job Summary
Leading the design and evolution of technology-enabled business capabilities, the full-time Product Manager for the National Center for Clinical Trials will define and execute product strategy, manage roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define future-state capabilities by redesigning workflows and identifying opportunities for technology-enabled improvements
- Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmaps aligned with organizational goals
- Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI design, and operations teams to manage product planning, development, and launch activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in product management with a focus on transforming business operations
- Proven experience leading complex products or digital solutions
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and product management practices
- Experience in healthcare, clinical research, or regulated industries is preferred
