Job Summary
To drive product vision and strategy, the full-time remote Product Manager will manage the lifecycle of assigned products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful development, delivery, and continuous improvement based on market trends and customer insights.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and refine product strategies, objectives, and policies while monitoring performance standards
- Manage products through all lifecycle stages, including strategy, development, launch, and optimization
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required
- 2+ years of experience in product management, product development, project management, or related fields
- Experience in healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or pharmaceutical industries is preferred
- Ability to support compliance program objectives
- Demonstrated ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues
