Driving growth for the Pay Later product, the full-time remote Product Manager will manage customer discovery, lead in-store and wallet provisioning initiatives, and set conversion targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own how customers discover Pay Later and initiate loans outside of checkout
- Lead in-store and wallet provisioning from testing through scaled rollout
- Set demand and conversion targets with analytics and continuously run experiments
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of product management experience, primarily in startups, with a focus on growth
- Proven track record of shipping products through cross-functional teams
- Strong ownership experience as a decision maker
- Background in payments, lending, or consumer banking platforms
- Familiarity with Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) is a plus but not required
