Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the day-to-day delivery of product initiatives, the full-time remote Product Manager will translate stakeholder requests into actionable plans, manage the product lifecycle, and lead change management efforts across Techstars' internal systems and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous stakeholder requests into clear, engineering-ready work plans with defined scope and acceptance criteria
• Manage the product lifecycle end-to-end, including intake, discovery, sprint management, and post-launch follow-up
• Lead change management processes, ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective communication throughout transitions

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in software, particularly across multiple internal tools or platforms
• Proven ability to convert loosely defined problems into documented, scoped plans for engineering execution
• Strong change management skills with experience in stakeholder engagement during transitions
• Proficiency in Jira and agile/scrum processes, including sprint planning and release coordination
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear documentation without requiring additional meetings
