Job Summary
Owning the product backlog for Lighthouse, the remote Product Manager will manage specifications, acceptance criteria, and feature enhancements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve care delivery for Medicaid members.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Lighthouse product backlog, including problem framing, specifications, QA, and release readiness
- Partner with engineering and design teams for project kickoffs, scope refinement, and sprint planning
- Define and instrument outcome metrics before each launch, focusing on clinical actions and care-team workload reduction
Required qualifications
- Two or more years in a product management role shipping software for non-technical operational or clinical staff
- Strong written communication skills for clear specifications and decision documents
- Practical fluency with agile delivery processes and metrics
- Experience in quantitative evaluation and defining success metrics
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product design, engineering, and data science teams
