Job Summary
To support the scaling of the business, the full-time remote Product Manager will own a defined product area from discovery to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the Tilt platform and improve user experiences throughout the leave journey.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage a product area end-to-end, from problem identification to solution delivery and iteration
- Prioritize product opportunities based on customer needs, business goals, and long-term strategy
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and other teams to deliver high-quality solutions while maintaining clear communication on progress and changes
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on product management experience with ownership of products from discovery through launch
- Experience building and shipping B2B or SaaS products
- Strong ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and capable of quickly learning new software
- Experience in leave, HR Tech, or other complex workflow-driven domains is a plus
