Job Summary
Owning the systems that manage loan servicing, payments, and vendor integrations, the full-time remote Product Manager will drive product execution from conception to post-launch measurement while collaborating with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product development for borrower payments, bank account verification, and appraisal processes
- Manage a prioritized roadmap addressing internal and borrower pain points, balancing new initiatives with operational improvements
- Collaborate with engineering and Treasury on payment integrations and automate processes to reduce manual work
Required qualifications
- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in product management or a related field
- Strong understanding of lending, real estate, and financial operations
- Technical fluency, including experience with data models and APIs
- Familiarity with foundational AI concepts and their application in product development
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
