Job Summary
Seeking an AI-forward Product Manager, the full-time remote position will own product features and initiatives from discovery to delivery, leveraging customer insights and data to drive product decisions and enhance user experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Own assigned features and product initiatives, ensuring alignment with product priorities and intended value delivery
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback and product usage data to inform product decisions and identify opportunities
- Translate customer needs into actionable JIRA epics, user stories, and product requirements while managing the product backlog
Required qualifications
- Experience in Product Management, Associate Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles in B2B, eCommerce, or SaaS
- Proficiency with JIRA, Agile development practices, and product documentation
- Familiarity with product analytics, user research, and data-informed decision-making
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and research
- Working knowledge of wholesale selling processes or B2B commerce is a plus
