Job Summary
Owning the full lifecycle of a new product, the fully remote Product Manager will drive customer discovery, shape enterprise workflows, and ensure successful rollout and adoption while utilizing AI to enhance productivity.
Key responsibilities:
- Run focused customer discovery to prioritize the product roadmap based on customer needs and business goals
- Shape the user experience for enterprise clients by simplifying complex tasks and addressing implementation requirements early
- Coordinate product rollout and adoption efforts, including customer communications, training, and measuring outcomes
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of product management experience or comparable experience from concept to launch
- Strong product judgment based on customer exposure and shipping experience
- Practical experience using AI to enhance product development processes
- Experience with enterprise B2B software and ability to work independently within a fast-moving team
- Familiarity with design principles is appreciated
