Job Summary
To drive the product vision and strategy for Application Fulfillment across Life, Health, and Annuity, the full-time Manager, Product will lead modernization efforts, manage a team of product practitioners, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and client experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmaps, aligning business capabilities with operational outcomes
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of product practitioners through coaching and feedback
- Advance application fulfillment capabilities by simplifying workflows and increasing automation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of relevant business experience, including roles as a product manager or product owner
- Experience in life insurance, health insurance, or annuities with knowledge of related business processes
- Expertise in Agile product management and technology management
- Strong organizational skills and ability to navigate competing priorities across complex products
