- Assist the Senior Product Manager with research, documentation, and product requirements
- Gather customer feedback and analyze market trends to identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain project status and track progress on Jira tickets, resolving blockers as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience in product management, project coordination, or business analysis
- Conceptual understanding of AI/ML technologies, including large language models and APIs
- Experience using generative AI tools for research and documentation
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
