Job Summary
To support the development of critical products for EMS agencies and fire departments, the remote Product Manager will manage the product lifecycle, prioritize backlogs, and engage with stakeholders to ensure successful product launches while leveraging AI tools for efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Fire and EMS domains
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business value and portfolio priorities
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and refine product requirements and manage competing priorities
Required qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in product management or a similar backlog-ownership role
- Experience in product management at a fast-growing software company
- Proficient in using AI tools for drafting requirements and optimizing workflows
- Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices
- Strong track record of defining and launching features that meet customer and business needs
