Job Summary
Owning the ticketing roadmap and strategy from open beta to general availability, the full-time remote Product Manager will manage the development and commercialization of Toast Ticketing, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams while engaging with customers to refine the product.
Key responsibilities
- Own the ticketing roadmap and strategy, ensuring alignment with Toast's guest platform and expansion beyond restaurants
- Run the weekly build loop with engineering, framing problems and measuring results to drive product development
- Lead commercialization efforts, including pricing, packaging, and customer enablement to support ticket sales
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a product or major product area
- Proven track record of taking an early product to market and achieving product-market fit
- Experience in revenue product management, including pricing and go-to-market strategy
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to set goals and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in product management
