Product Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing product team, the fully remote Product Manager will take end-to-end ownership of feature development, engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage the product backlog, and ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with user needs and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to capture and refine feature requests, translating business needs into structured requirement documents
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing user impact, technical feasibility, and business value while maintaining detailed documentation
• Serve as the primary liaison between design, engineering, QA, and business teams, ensuring clarity on project goals and success metrics

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in a fast-paced or early-stage environment
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum practices and tools such as YouTrack, Notion, or Jira
• Strong ability to write clear epics, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and experience collaborating with designers, with familiarity in Figma considered a plus
• Experience using analytics and user research tools (e.g., Google Analytics, A/B testing) to inform product decisions
