Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Napster App squad, the full-time remote Product Manager will own the product roadmap, manage partner distribution, and oversee the performance of AI-driven agent crews to enhance user experience and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and managing trade-offs for the app's development
• Ensure effective partner distribution by optimizing user journeys and translating partner requirements into actionable product plans
• Define and track key performance metrics to assess user engagement and conversion rates, ensuring product success

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in product management, with at least two years focused on mobile platforms (iOS or Android)
• Proven experience in managing paid consumer subscriptions, including acquisition, trial, and conversion strategies
• Demonstrated ability to build AI-driven products and engage in technical discussions about APIs and model orchestration
• Experience in launching products without established playbooks, showcasing adaptability and decision-making skills
• Background in AI-native consumer products or distribution through bundled-subscription partners is a plus
