Job Summary
To improve the onboarding experience for small and midsize businesses, the full-time remote Product Manager will own features within the onboarding process, collaborating with engineers and designers while utilizing product analytics and customer feedback to enhance activation and retention metrics.
Key responsibilities:
- Own features within AP onboarding, developing, launching, and maintaining them independently
- Draft goals and success metrics for features, providing regular status updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and researchers to create intuitive onboarding experiences
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 1 to 2 years of product management experience
- Experience owning a feature and collaborating with engineering and design teams
- Ability to use data and customer feedback for product decision-making
- Clear communication and collaboration skills across design, engineering, and go-to-market teams
