Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Product Manager will own feature discovery and delivery for gPanel and Insights, transforming customer insights into actionable requirements while collaborating with engineering, sales, and solutions teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own the discovery and delivery process for assigned feature areas, from problem definition through launch and adoption
- Write clear one-pagers and PRDs, define acceptance criteria, and lead cross-functional kickoffs
- Engage with customers to gather insights and prioritize the product backlog based on feedback and strategic goals
Required qualifications
- 3 or more years of product management experience with B2B SaaS products
- Proven track record of shipping features end-to-end, with documented requirements and outcomes
- Experience working with technical teams on APIs, integrations, and data products
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including engineers and executives
- Ability to prioritize and make tradeoffs based on customer requests and strategic objectives
