Product Manager, Access Reviews
Job Summary
Owning the strategy and execution for a customer-facing product, the full-time remote Product Manager, Access Reviews will manage agent-driven reviews, enhance AI decision-making, and expand review capabilities beyond applications while collaborating with engineering and customer teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own the agentic core of the product, configuring and launching reviews via API and MCP
- Ensure AI acts as a trusted teammate in decision-making, enhancing user experience
- Develop and execute the product roadmap, balancing new review coverage and customer operations
Required qualifications
- Product management experience with a customer-facing product that has significant business impact
- Experience in compliance, audit, governance, or risk workflows
- Proven track record of integrating AI into production workflows with a focus on trust and explainability
- Demonstrated ability to influence user behavior through product decisions
- Strong partnership skills in product craft and design, comfortable with technical details
