Product Manager, ACO

Job Summary

As the Product Manager, ACO, this full-time remote position will manage accountable care organization projects, drive the implementation of technologies and workflows, and serve as a key liaison between stakeholders and the product team to enhance healthcare outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expertise in SLTCM ACO and Telemedicine platforms while collaborating with various teams to gather and translate user needs into requirements
• Oversee the rollout and governance of new technologies, manage application environments, and lead end-user support efforts
• Plan and execute projects by defining objectives, assembling teams, managing timelines, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, technology, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
• At least 3 years of experience in project and product management, preferably within healthcare technology or analytics
• Basic understanding of accountable care organizations and value-based care
• Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana)
• Experience with vendor management and technical integrations
