Product Manager, AI

Job Summary

Owning the model portfolio end to end, the full-time Product Manager, AI will manage model selection, positioning, and user experience for a large-scale consumer AI platform while working remotely across various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain model tiering across multiple product lines and ensure operational standards are met
• Drive reliability by monitoring uptime, defining health standards, and leading post-mortems on model performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align model strategy with product use cases and roadmap recommendations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in infrastructure, dev tools, or AI/ML platforms
• Strong technical fluency to triage model and configuration issues effectively
• Experience in fast-paced environments with frequent model releases
• Familiarity with APIs, inference systems, and evaluation tooling
• Ability to analyze unit economics and cost/speed trade-offs with limited data
