Product Manager and Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Product Manager and Designer will manage product design and engineering collaboration to create user-friendly software for therapists, caregivers, and caseworkers, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering to prioritize and manage bug reports, write detailed tickets, and oversee the build and release processes
• Design workflows and user interfaces based on the needs of various stakeholders, ensuring usability and functionality across different user roles
• Maintain and improve data and AI workflows, ensuring accuracy of automated reports and developing new AI-assisted features

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, product design, or both, particularly in a user-centric environment
• Experience in the healthcare sector, preferably with Medicaid or behavioral health
• A portfolio showcasing product UI and at least one ticket or specification authored by the candidate
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools, along with experience writing UI copy
• Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to troubleshoot and communicate technical issues effectively
