Product Manager, Billing & Collections

Job Summary

Owning the product strategy and roadmap for billing and collections, the full-time remote Product Manager, Billing & Collections will manage complex payment workflows, drive improvements in subscriptions and payment recovery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own the long-term vision and multi-quarter roadmap for Billing & Collections, balancing customer value, revenue, and engineering complexity
• Build deep customer and market understanding to identify high-impact problems and opportunities through feedback and product data
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and other departments to shape and launch reliable billing experiences, driving improvements across various payment processes

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with a proven track record in complex product ownership
• Experience in payments, billing, fintech, SaaS subscriptions, or related domains
• Strong customer empathy and analytical skills to transform ambiguous problems into clear product strategies
• Effective cross-functional leadership skills to align diverse stakeholders and navigate competing priorities
• Hands-on experience with subscription billing, payment recovery, or data/AI-powered product capabilities is especially valuable
