Product Manager - Budgeting

Job Summary

Leading a team of Product Managers, the full-time Manager, Product Management - Budgeting will define and execute product strategy, roadmap planning, and delivery of budgeting services while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap while establishing product goals and success metrics
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation
• Partner with Engineering and Design teams throughout the software development lifecycle to manage product requirements and backlogs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• Demonstrated experience with K12 budgeting
• 7+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years of people leadership experience managing Product Managers
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and Scrum practices
