Product Manager, Clinical Genomics
Job Summary
To support the integration of genomic data into clinical practice, the full-time remote Product Manager, Clinical Genomics will define product priorities, accelerate innovation through AI, and unify teams to enhance clinical workflows and data delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own product priorities for case management, data workflows, and clinical review
- Accelerate product innovation by utilizing AI for user research, prototypes, and specifications
- Act as a liaison between lab directors, scientists, and engineering teams to ensure seamless product releases
Required qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. in Biology, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of software product management experience in a biotech laboratory, ideally within a clinical setting
- Deep knowledge of clinical genomics and variant interpretation
- Experience building AI tools and applying critical judgment in product development
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical nuances into actionable product needs
