Job Summary

Owning the content that drives value for customers, the full-time Product Manager - Content will manage a small team, oversee content partnerships, and shape how premium content is prepared for AI-powered research in a hybrid work environment based in Somerville, MA.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and grow content collections, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends
• Negotiate and secure content licenses and rights, facilitating their integration into customer portals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of content to customers

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management experience in content licensing or partnerships within a content or information services company
• Proven expertise in negotiating content licenses and understanding data rights, especially in relation to AI products
• Strong technical knowledge of content sourcing, processing, and delivery systems
• Ability to translate customer and market insights into actionable product priorities
• Experience managing a team and fostering collaboration across multiple departments
