Product Manager - Data Migration

Job Summary

Managing the strategy and roadmap for data migration initiatives, the full-time remote Product Manager - Data Migration will oversee cross-functional teams, translate business objectives into delivery plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain the product roadmap across assigned programs and business domains
• Prioritize and sequence work based on business value, risk, and resource availability
• Coordinate readiness activities and oversee testing, implementation readiness, and business sign-off

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, or related field
• Seven years of experience in product management, program management, or related fields
• Three years of experience leading cross-functional enterprise implementations or transformations
• Experience in building multi-program roadmaps and governance models
• Preferred experience in the healthcare payer or managed care industry
