Product Manager, Developer Experience
Job Summary
Owning the evaluation journey for developer experience, the full-time Product Manager, Developer Experience will manage the end-to-end process of how teams evaluate Keycard, focusing on improving onboarding, integration, and self-guided paths in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Define and measure the evaluation journey from initial contact through credential exchange to production decision
- Set evaluation milestones and metrics for product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
- Enhance the developer experience by improving SDK quickstarts, CLI onboarding, and documentation
Required qualifications
- Experience as a Product Manager on developer products, particularly in evaluation and adoption
- Technical proficiency to engage with engineers and analyze SDKs and APIs
- Strong understanding of developer experience and the ability to articulate its nuances
- Ability to work with instrumentation and data analysis to identify evaluation drop-off points
- Excellent writing skills for creating documentation and problem statements
